One of the most impacted industries that suffered during the global pandemic was the property market. The main way to conduct business through house viewings and in-person meetings wasn’t permitted through three national lockdowns. To ensure that the business continued to grow during these times, Roberto & Co had to adapt and pivot their marketing to maintain relevance and brand awareness. A more online approach became the focus of the business, with one aspect being their Pay-Per-Click campaigns which we here at Creative Labs helped revamp and optimise.

Research

The PPC restructure aimed to ensure that the agency continued to target and attract its desired audience. This meant that a lot of time was required to investigate the characteristics of their current audience and figure out the best way to reach them and what keywords to target so that the advertisements resonated with the user.

After detailed research, it was clear that a new PPC campaign that had a reworked focus was required to reach the intended audience.

Next Steps

Once it was clear what our plan of action was, the next step was to implement the PPC campaign. This included creating optimised advert copy that naturally included desired keywords that would bring the best results. Launching during the pandemic, we were able to push through the circumstances and find success, and Roberto & Co was still able to perform during this constantly changing economic climate.

Results

Progress did start slow; however, that is expected with a lot of digital marketing techniques, as things take time to gain traction, but once it did, this campaign quickly grew into a massive success for the brand. Since implementing this new PPC campaign, a steady enquiry conversion has returned for Roberto & Co ever since.

For the past 6 months, our PPC campaign has managed to achieve for Roberto & Co:

  • 13K Impressions
  • 1100 Clicks-to-site

In addition to these improved statistics, enquiry conversions have also grown steadily throughout the past national lockdowns.
